Cocolixe brings us the new EP, "Doméstico." After Cocolixe's first EP "Futuro", the Barcelona-based artist delivers us a more personal and song-oriented work. The longing for the past and puzzlement in front of the future coexist in these four warm electro-pop songs, leading us step by step from melancholy to enthusiasm. Referring to European 60's and 70's cinema and music, "Doméstico" invites us to enjoy cosmopolitanism quiet into our private space. "Le futur qui avance" starts off the EP with a trip-hop vibe, a slow beat, hushed vocals. and some nice guitar work. "Giving Myself To You" picks up the pace with a infectious electro beat topped off with a playful little lounge melody. The beat continues strong with the head nodding "Mai" and its guitar driven chorus. The final track, "Swing Low" was originally featured on No-Source's 50th release compilation, "Another Day, Another Way."
